Action Required: Re-register your FedEx account with MFA for FedEx REST integration

This notice in intended for NetSuite accounts using the FedEx integration feature and this feature may be impacted by an upcoming change.

As part of the NetSuite 2026.1 release, the FedEx integration will shift from using SOAP web services to a REST API. To continue using the FedEx integration after your NetSuite account has been upgraded to 2026.1, you must re-register all your existing FedEx accounts in NetSuite, using FedEx multi-factor authentication (MFA). Until MFA re-registration is complete, FedEx shipping label creation may fail.

This change will take effect when your account is upgraded to NetSuite 2026.1. You must complete the MFA re-registration
