New to NetSuite | Advanced Taxes: Automatic Tax Code Provisioning
To enable automatic tax code provisioning in NetSuite, it is essential to install the International Tax Reports SuiteApp before creating any subsidiaries. In OneWorld accounts with this SuiteApp, adding a subsidiary country automatically creates both the tax nexus and the appropriate VAT/GST tax codes. Skipping the SuiteApp installation before subsidiary creation results in only limited default tax codes being provisioned.

- Installation Timing: The International Tax Reports SuiteApp must be installed prior to adding subsidiaries. If a subsidiary is added before installing the SuiteApp, only a few default tax codes will be created. For more information, please see SuiteAnswers article:
