AI in NetSuite | Configuring AI Preferences in NetSuite
NetSuite's generative AI capabilities can significantly enhance your business processes. As an Administrator, you have the ability to configure AI preferences at the company level, ensuring that these features align with your organization's needs. This guide will walk you through setting up AI preferences in NetSuite.
Accessing AI Preferences
To configure AI settings:
- Navigate to Setup > Company > AI.
- Select AI Preferences.
This will open the AI Preferences page, where you can manage various AI settings.
Settings
On the Settings tab, you can configure general AI settings:
- Allow system to log LLM requests and responses for debugging purposes: Enable this option to log Large Language Model (LLM) requests and responses, aiding in debugging.
