Workflow Conditions

in Ask A Guru 4 comments

Hello, I’ve set Location (Line) in the Sales Order to be mandatory via workflow, and it’s working as expected. However, the user has now requested that this requirement apply only to Inventory items. The challenge is that I don’t see any option for item type in the workflow conditions.


Do you know if there’s a way to handle this directly in workflow? I understand this can be achieved through scripting, but I’d appreciate any ideas on how to add such a condition within the workflow itself.
