Pre- and Post-FX Rate Adjustment

We have a new process to manually upload FX rates rather than use the system calculated rates, and I would like to generate a report (could be a saved search) that shows the pre- and post- amounts for specific accounts given the adjusted rate. Has anyone run into something like this before? Is it just a matter of pulling the old value/new value GL impact for the accounts?
