update IF with tracking number via csv

when I try and add a tracking number via csv import, the import says it completes successfully but the field is blank on the IF. What is incorrect about my import? I have tried it with and without replace sublists checked

I am trying to update the packing tracking number on the package subtab. The weight comes through, but not the tracking
