- Create or Edit a Workflow
- Go to Customization > Workflow > Workflows.
- Click New or edit an existing workflow.
- Set the Workflow Record Type
- Choose the appropriate Record Type (e.g., Sales Order, Customer).
- Create a State
- Add a new State or use an existing one.
- Set the state to trigger On Entry or Before Record Load, depending on your requirement.
- Add a Set Field Display Type Action
