Adding Bank Account Name to ACH - CCD/PPD Form

Hi Gurus,

I am trying to add the bank account name field that appears for the ABA Payment File format to the ACH - CCD/PPD file format form without success. Steps taken:

1. Open an existing ACH-CCD/PPD bank details in the system in edit mode
2. In upper right hand corner > customize> customize form
3. Confirm show is selected for Bank Account Name
4. Save & Edit
5. Go to payments > setup > new. Confirm that Bank account name is still not shown

I also changed up the bank details name form to set ACH - CCD/PPD to the preferred form but it still defaults to ABA when you go to set up a new bank details.
