Hello All,

I am using "ExtensionDevelopmentTools-25.1.0" tool for extensions, however, I am getting below error while running the "gulp extension:local" command on windows.

Extension Tool version : ExtensionDevelopmentTools-25.1.0
npm version: 10.2.3
node version: 20.10.0
Website Theme : ThreadsV4
