Upcoming Changes to Your NetSuite Account’s Tax Environment: Upgrade to SuiteTax

This reminder is intended for NetSuite accounts using legacy tax, an earlier version of our taxation framework. Some accounts have been identified as eligible for an automated upgrade to SuiteTax based on the absence of recent tax activity in your account and confirmation of feature compatibility.

What Is Changing?

As part of our ongoing commitment to support compliance with evolving tax regulations and to prepare your account for future enhancements, we will upgrade your account’s tax infrastructure to SuiteTax, NetSuite’s next-generation tax environment. No financial or transactional data will be modified, recalculated, or otherwise altered during this migration. Your general ledger will remain unchanged. Because your account doesn't currently utilize NetSuite’s tax features, expect minimal to no change in your existing processes. All changes are carried out in strict adherence to Oracle NetSuite’s rigorous change management processes to ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
