Quantity different between Subscription Line Quantity vs Revenue Arrangement/Element Quantity

Hi

Subscription Pricing line shows a quantity of 1.

Invoice shows quantity of 1, Rate of 150,000.00 and Amount 150,000.00.

Revenue Arrangement shows a quantity of 12:

Why Quantity not consistent across all three records?

How does NetSuite determine Quantity on Revenue Arrangements?

Please advise.

This is a correct setup for SuiteBilling module.

The Price plan only shows you the Pricing information of the items.

Your Subscription item is a Recurring type that will be charged monthly for 12 months, if there is 1 item per month, the whole Subscription with 1 year term will have a total of 12 items.

Invoice Quantity is only one because the item is billed every month while the Revenue Arrangement represent the whole term of the Subscription.
