Can a Customer View Quotes Created Outside of the Customer Center?

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to configure the Customer Center for my company. The goal is to provide a place for customers to browse a list of available products, request a quote, review the quote that was prepared for them, and track communication between staff and the customer. I created a custom record type for with a quote request form so I could hide pricing fields. Once the customer submits a quote request, company staff can review it and create a quote with pricing. After days of troubleshooting, it seems that customers cannot open and view a quote that was created outside
