Would the MCP Standard Tool execute ChatGPT prompts slower in Sandbox than Production?

We are playing in Sandbox before moving to Production and were expecting better / quicker / more consistent performance.

Our queries are pretty specific so as to reduce the dataset. We have optimized our scripts.

Would we expect to get better / quicker / more consistent performance when hooked up to a production environment?
