Change in the Login URLs of the Avalara Portal

This notice is intended for customers who use the NetSuite Electronic Business SuiteApp.

What Is Changing?

Starting February 9, 2026, the login URLs of the Avalara portal have been changed to the following:

Account Type

Old URL

New URL

Sandbox

https://vatreturns.sbx.avalara.com/

https://app.sbx.avalara.com/

Production

https://vatreturns.avalara.com/

https://app.avalara.com/

Note: When you use old URLs, you’ll be redirected to the new login pages.

Recommended Actions

Bookmark and begin using the new URLs to access the Avalara portal. If you have questions, please contact NetSuite Customer Support.
