Changes to Vendor Payment Transaction Limits
This notice is intended for customers who have the Intelligent Payment Automation installed in your account.
What's Changing
Starting February 23, 2026, Intelligent Payment Automation version 2.0.2 will lower its transaction limit from 50 to 35 per vendor payment. This aligns with the transaction limits set by BILL. After this update, you won’t be able to submit more than 35 transactions per vendor payment.
Recommended Action
Before February 23, 2026:
- For new payments, ensure that you only have up to 35 transactions per vendor payment to make sure each payment generates a transaction ID.
- If you submit payments with more than 35 transactions before the update, BILL will automatically split them into two payments. The vendor will also receive them as two payments.
