Item Fulfillment Save button issues 2026.1 Release

Hi All,

Since the 2026.1 release, we are having sporatic issues in which the save button doesnt work for us. This inlucdes the additional functions of the same button save and new, save and bill, etc. At this time it is not consistant with any certain type of form, so, po, or items related - and is still occuring with all workflows related disabled. Is anyone else having issues with this?
