End of Support for DigiCert G1 in NetSuite

This notice is intended for customers using the Email Case Capture feature in NetSuite, and who may also be using a third-party email resender.

We want to inform you that we are ending support for the DigiCert G1 certificate in NetSuite. We are switching to the DigiCert G2 certificate, in preparation for an upcoming change.

In April 2026, Mozilla and Google Chrome will stop trusting the DigiCert G1 certificate. We have previously informed you that we would switch to the DigiCert G2 certificate on February 10, 2026. We needed to move the date to March 10, 2026. If you have already prepared for this change, there is no action required from you. You may be using an email resender in your email infrastructure. On
