Match Bank Data: Submit Selected actually submits all

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

We match transactions under Match Bank Data > To Be Matched. Once matched, the transactions move to the Review tab. I select only certain transactions to submit and click Submit Selected, but the system still submits all transactions in the Review tab.

For example, I was attempting to submit February transactions only, even though I had also matched a few March transactions. Despite selecting only February and clicking Submit Selected, it submitted both February and March transactions.

At first, I thought it was user error, but I observed the same behavior on another account.

Has anyone experienced this? Could this be a NetSuite defect?
