Can't Sync Customer Category in Hubspot

Is it possible to sync (one-way) the native Category field from a Customer record to Hubspot? We have tried doing this multiple ways and cannot get it to work.

We tried both with 1:1 correlation from Hubspot label to NetSuite label:


And also from Hubspot label to NS internal ID:


Neither way led to a successful sync. Is there something else that we are missing? I should note that, yes, the role assigned to the integration record does have VIEW access to Accounting Lists. Is there another permission that it might yet also require?
