REMINDER: End of Support for DigiCert G1 in NetSuite

This is a reminder for customers who are using the Email Case Capture feature in NetSuite, and who may also be using a third-party email resender or a customized resender solution. We want to inform you that we are ending support for the DigiCert G1 certificate in NetSuite.

We are switching to the DigiCert G2 certificate, in preparation for a coming change. In April 2026, Mozilla and Google Chrome will stop trusting the DigiCert G1 certificate. You may be using an email resender in your email infrastructure. On March 16, 2026, NetSuite will start using the DigiCert G2 certificate. You must ensure that your email resender has the DigiCert G2 certificate in the trust store. If the trust store does not contain the DigiCert G2 certificate, your email resender may stop sending email to NetSuite.
