Resolve SME Errors for NetSuite Analytics Warehouse and Migrate to Sandbox Framework

This notice applies to customers with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse instance that have Semantic Model Extension (SME) customizations implemented via the SME Branch framework, and some of them contain errors. A separate notification will be sent to impacted accounts as these errors need to be corrected immediately or the next content upgrade will fail.

What is Changing?

NetSuite Analytics Warehouse supports semantic model customization via two environments, Branch and Sandbox. After May 31, 2026, the SME Branch will no longer be available and will be replaced by the SME Sandbox framework. Your instance has SME errors that need to be resolved before migrating.
