NetSuite Connector for Shopify - Posting to Different NetSuite Customers

Hi,

We currently use the NetSuite Connector for Shopify. The Orders flow in to NetSuite and post against 1 specific Customer. Is there a way to separate the orders based on logic so that 2 NetSuite Customers are used? If not, I was thinking of just changing the Customer once the order was received - if we did this, would the fulfillment connection fail or is it only linking the fulfillment back on the transaction internal id.
