Sales Order Line Item linked to a Completed Work Order still in Backorder with Zero Committed Qty

Hi NetSuite Community,

I have a question regarding Order / Item Allocation.

We have two Sales Order line items linked to Work Orders (posted in a closed period). Given the fact that the Quantity Built to those Work Orders are enough not to have a backorder, we still see zero quantity committed to those orders

Sales Order Line Item:

Work Order:

I already tried the following:
- Run "Allocate Orders" Page: successful but nothing happened, still in backorder
- Run "Reallocate Items" Page: Cannot proceed with this one
- Void Work Order: Cannot do it for the period where the WOs are posted is already closed
