Support for Employer Match Reporting in SuitePeople U.S. Payroll
This notice is intended for customers using SuitePeople U.S. Payroll that may require the use of 401(k) Employer Match reporting.
What is Changing?
NetSuite 2025.2 added the support for SuitePeople U.S. Payroll to support 401(k) Employer Match reporting for jurisdictions where employer contributions must be included in taxable wages. A new 401K Employer Match pay code is now available on the Payroll Item page. This pay code is taxable and reportable in the following jurisdictions:
- Oregon
- Canby Area Transit Tax
- Lane County Transit Tax
- South Clackamas Transit Tax
- Tri-Met Tax
- Wilsonville Transit Tax
- Arkansas
- Unemployment Tax
- Illinois
- Unemployment Tax
