Use Go To Record to open current transaction in Edit mode
Hello,
Maybe I am going about this the wrong way, but I have a sales order approval flow and when the approver hits the reject button, I want to open the sales order record and make a reason field required. I thought I could do a go to record and just open in edit on the same record, but I can't seem to get it to work. It keeps opening a new sales order record, not the one I'm already on.
I've seen another thread similar, but can't figure it out based on the answer there. Not enough detail to see how to actually set up the actions. Or i've misunderstood something….: https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/4509627/how-to-use-go-to-record-workflow-action-to-reopen-record-in-edit-mode
