Advance Manufacturing

Hi Gurus,

We are currently using the Advanced Manufacturing (AM) and Quality Management (QM) modules.

In the QM setup, we noticed a transaction type called 'Production Result'. Based on our understanding, this should trigger a Quality Inspection. However, in our current setup, whenever we record a production result (specifically a Work Order Issue for a non-final operation), the system does not trigger an inspection.

Additionally, we observed that the Production Result or Work Order Issue form lacks the 'Quality' subtab, unlike the Work Order Completion form.

We have tested the Work Order Completion process, and it successfully generates the Quality Inspection.
