Saved Search Email Notification Not Triggering for Vendor Prepayment Status Change

Hi everyone,

I am having trouble with a Transaction Saved Search email notification that is not triggering as expected. I would appreciate any insights or troubleshooting tips.

Goal:

To send an email notification when a Vendor Prepayment record's Application Status changes to "Pending Sales Manager Approval" (Salesマネージャー承認待ち).

Setup Details:

  • Search Type: Transaction
  • Criteria: * Type is Vendor Prepayment
    • Main Line is TRUE
    • Application Status is "Pending Sales Manager Approval"
  • Email Tab:
    • Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated: Checked (True)
    • Recipients from Results: Sales Rep's Supervisor and Proxy Approver (VP). Both are custom Employee fields on the record.
    • Send Email to Logged in User:
