We have successfully implemented Text Enhance (OCI) prompts on a custom "Servers" record to extract technical specifications (Cores, Cache, Frequency, etc.) from a primary "Web Item Description" field.
Currently, we are forced to manually click the "Generate" icon for every individual field (20+ fields per record). We are looking for a native, non-scripted, or "Low-Code" way to trigger these AI prompts in bulk upon record creation or via a Mass Update.

- Does our current license support "AI Record Completion"?
- Why ask: This is a newer feature that allows the AI to suggest values for all empty fields on a record at once, rather than one by one.
- Can AI Prompts be triggered via a standard SuiteFlow (Workflow) Action?
- Why ask: If Workflows can trigger the prompt, you can automate the population of all 20 fields as soon as you enter the Server Name and hit Save.
- Is there a "Bulk Text Enhance" feature available in the latest 2024.x or 2025.x release for custom records?
- Why ask: NetSuite frequently updates AI capabilities; they may have a new "bulk" tool that hasn't been widely documented for custom record types yet.
- Are there plans to allow "Field Mapping" within a single AI Prompt?
- Why ask: You want to know if one prompt can return a JSON object that NetSuite natively understands and distributes to multiple fields automatically.
- If we must use SuiteScript, is there a pre-built "AI Integration Template" in the SuiteAnswers library for hardware attribute extraction?
- Why ask: Often, NetSuite Gurus have "snippets" of code they give to customers to solve this exact manual-entry problem.
