Direct Links and GET Requests for Select CRM Actions will be Disabled

This notice is intended for Customers who use email templates, bookmarks, automations, custom scripts or direct links that perform CRM actions via HTTP GET method.

You are receiving this notification because your NetSuite account has recently used direct links or automated scripts to perform certain CRM-related actions. As part of an ongoing initiative to safeguard your account and data, NetSuite is making important changes that may affect your current workflows.

What is Changing?

Beginning Monday, May 11, 2026, NetSuite will stop allowing certain CRM actions such as grabbing support cases and attaching or removing contacts via direct URLs, bookmarks, or automated scripts that use the HTTP GET method. After this date, NetSuite will accept only actions initiated using the POST method, either through the NetSuite user interface or using supported automation like SuiteScript.
