How can I make particular items on Sales Orders for particular customers Do Not Commit?
Hi everyone,
Our sales team keeps forgetting to change the commit status of the Brooms that we manufacture for particular customers, and I'm looking for a way to automate this.
Our warehouse can build so many Brooms per day and we like to have a stockpile in place for the daily orders that go out. But we have some customers that purchase them in much larger quantities that we don't want to commit our stock to so that we can create a Works Order to fulfill the order instead.
Is there a way of marking the items commit status to Do Not Commit if it goes over a certain quantity or if it's being sold to a particular/group of customers?
