How do I get NetSuite 360?
Hi all,
I'm trying to access my defect case which is suposed to be in the support section but is saying I need a NetSuite 360 role.
However, when I go to my Employee record to give myself a NetSuite 360 role, the option doesn't exist.
Is there a bundle or something I need to have to gain access to giving users the NetSuite 360 role? All the help documents talk as though I should just have it and be able to assign users the role immediately.
The only '360' role I have the option to give to my employee record is one called Cash 360
