Workflow to Set Field Value Based on Another Field Value

Is it possible to make a field dynamic within a workflow if its values are sourced from a list?

For example, if I have two sales rep fields on a transaction that records their percentage contribution whose values add up to 100% and are sourced from a list, how can I build a workflow such that the value of the secondary percentage contribution is automatically set based upon the value of the primary percentage contribution? Thanks.
