CSV Asset Disposal Fail - CSV_MANDATORY_HEADERS:

My template download from the system keeps showing the following error. I followed SuiteAnswerID:104019 and made sure the list separators are set to a comma (,), but the issue is still happeing.

Error Message:
CSV_MANDATORY_HEADERS: The required header fields are missing. The file must contain at least the following headers: Disposal Type, Disposal Date, Asset, and Quantity to Dispose.
