Created a wrong bundle in Sandbox - how to unbundle

I have created a bundle in Sandbox to move 3 workflows related to case record to Production. But what seems strange it also adds all custom records , fields, lists , saved search linked to these workflows. all these related records are in hundreds. I have already copied these custom records , fields, list, saved searches. I just want to copy the workflows only. what settings i should tick to ensure only the workflows are in the bundle and nothing else.
if this is not doable, how to ensure this bundle is not used again. we have done nearly a year of development and i don't want to lose any custom records, list etc.
