New to NetSuite | Create Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries

in Advanced Accounting & OneWorld

Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries (AICJE) in NetSuite are designed to support more complex intercompany accounting requirements across multiple subsidiaries. Unlike regular journal entries, AICJE allows organizations to record transactions involving more than two subsidiaries within a single entry. You can specify the originating subsidiary and multiple receiving subsidiaries for the journal entry.

Steps to create an Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries. 

1. Go to Make Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries page. 

  • NetSuite: Navigate to Transactions > Financial > Make Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries. 
  • NetSuite Next: Click Explore (Ask Oracle icon in the bottom right corner) button. In the menu, go to Transactions > Financial > Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries
