OpenAir Accural Rules

I need to create an accrual rule in open air with the following requirements.

  1. user will accrue 8 hours per month.
  2. It will be accrued at the beginning of each month.
  3. The 8 hours will not carry over from month to month. (i.e. users will have no more than 8 hours for this particular leave in any given month).

is this possible to set up without using custom scripting, and if so can you guide me. when I look at current rules, they seem to be setup for a yearly Cap
