You are receiving this notification because your NetSuite account uses Field Service Management (FSM) and may be affected when technicians complete work using the Job Completion & Signatures tab.
What's Changing?
In some accounts using FSM version 2026.03.2, the Technician Name field on the Job Completion & Signatures tab may not automatically populate after signature capture. FSM version 2026.05.1, expected to release in May 2026, will include the fix to this issue. To resolve this issue, update your active FSM configuration the next business day if your technicians will keep using the Job Completion & Signatures
