Activate and deactivate Mobile in the tasks historical records in the sublist

Dear good day! This time I have an issue that I would like help with how to resolve it. First of all, we are using the application to activate the mobiles within Netsuite, in this case we activate and deactivate user tasks:
This deactivation and activation from that portal directly affects the task sublist, and there we can see the change that is generated in terms of date, time and other fields, here is an example:

What we need is to see a way that when the record has a change, a history of what happened is created, that is, it does not overwrite what previously happened and generates independent lines in the sublist with the history of the changes:
