kind of a day 1 question, but I haven't been able to get any clear answer

Is there any additional cost to use Supply Chain Control Tower?

We have demand planning & supply chain mgmt. During a call with our new rep, I asked the question and was led to believe there wouldn't be an additional cost. Everything I read tells me there likely is.
