Avalara AvaTax OneWorld - Bundle version 9.3

Hello Everyone,

We recently updated the AvaTax OneWorld bundle from v9.2 to v9.3.

As a result, we began receiving the following script error:

Script Error: "custrecord_ava_avalaracapital:"null

Script Name: AVA_CapitalRealTimeSync

Script ID: customscript_avacaprealtimesync

Script Deployments: Invoice, Payment

Question: Has anyone who uses the AvaTax OneWorld solution upgraded the bundle to version 9.3?

If so, could you please review the bundle components page and determine whether the following custom object is included?

  • custrecord_ava_avalaracapital

Could you also review the AVA_CapitalRealTimeSync script execution logs and check if you are also receiving this error?

Note: Avalara introduced the 'Avalara Capital Integration with NetSuite' in version 9.1 on February, 25, 2026.
