Delete a mapping for the OAuth 2.0 client credentials

Hello,

I am unable to create a new mapping via Setup > Integration > Manage Authentication > OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials (M2M) Setup. I am receiving the following error:

'Provided x509 certificate is already used for the selected integration.'

I have already revoked the previous mapping that used this certificate, but the system still blocks the creation of a new one. I need to completely delete the old record or clear the certificate association so I can proceed with the new setup.

Could you please advise on how to fully remove the stale certificate data?
