Incorrect Exchange Rates for XCD Currency Pairs
This notice is intended for Customers using Currency Exchange Rate Integration with Xignite.
You are receiving this notification because the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature is enabled in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from Xignite, one of our data providers.
What's Changed?
Due to an issue with Xignite, you may have received incorrect exchange rates for currency pairs involving the East Caribbean Dollar (XCD), during the period from March 3, 2026, to March 5, 2026, inclusive.
Recommended Actions
To ensure accuracy, we suggest that you review exchange rate-related processes in your NetSuite account. You should review processes involving exchange rates that occurred during the affected dates, including the following:
