NSC | Hide Unhidable fields

Some standard NetSuite fields, like Subsidiary on transactions or Opportunity on Quotes, cannot be hidden directly on the form. However, you can still keep forms cleaner and reduce user confusion by moving these fields into the Custom subtab instead. 

This approach is useful for minimizing clutter, organizing less-used fields, and helping users focus only on the information they need during data entry. 

How It Works: 

1. Open the form and click Customize  
2. Select Move Elements Between Subtabs  

3. On the Move Form Elements page, locate the fields you want to hide  

4. Under the Subtab dropdown, select Custom  

5. Click Save  

For Multiple Fields at Once:
