NSC | View Private Saved Searches as an Administrator

in Account Administration

Sometimes a saved search seems impossible to find, even when using the Administrator role. This usually happens because the search is marked as private and does not appear in Global Search results by default. 

NetSuite provides an option that allows administrators to display all private saved searches, making it easier to locate and manage searches created by other users. 

How It Works: 

  1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches  

2. Select Filter then on Show All Private Searches change -All- to Yes  

3. Use your browser’s Ctrl + F search function to locate the saved search by name 


Note: 

  • Private searches do not show in the Global Search even when using the Administrator role.
