NSC | Customize Address Forms by Country
Use Case: Businesses operating in multiple countries may require different address formats for billing and shipping information. NetSuite allows administrators to customize address forms per country to display specific fields such as Address 3 or Address 4 when needed.
This helps ensure address formats align with regional requirements and improves data accuracy.
How It Works:
- Navigate to Customization > Forms > Address Forms.
2. Customize the Standard Address Form.
3. Rearrange fields and configure field properties such as:
- Show
- Mandatory
4. Open the Country subtab and select the applicable country.
5. Rename the form and assign the appropriate Field ID.
7. Click Save.
