NSC | Identify Users with NetSuite Account Access Using Saved Searches

Use Case:
Businesses may need to verify who currently has access to their NetSuite account for security reviews, audits, or internal compliance checks.

While employee records can show active users, administrators should also check if customers or vendors have account access enabled. Creating saved searches helps identify all users with login access in one place.

How It Works:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
  2. Create the following searches:
  • Employee Search
  • Customer Search
  • Vendor Search

3. On the Criteria tab, select the following:

  • Login Access = Yes

4. On the Results tab, select:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Login Access

5. Click Save & Run

This will display all active users with access to the NetSuite account.
