Saudi ZATCA – Missing Cash Refund E-Document Template

need help on the below from all gurus. appreciate if the moderator can quickly post in the community gurus. really stuck.

the issue currently appears to be either:

  • an incomplete localization deployment,
  • undocumented setup requirement,
  • or a product gap for Saudi Cash Sale and refund arising from sale returns scenarios.

We identified a potential issue related to Cash Sale and refund arising from sale returns.

Our production environment includes official templates for:

  • Invoice
  • Credit Memo
  • Cash Sale
  • Customer Deposit

However, no “Saudi Arabia ZATCA outbound cash refund template” exists.

At the same time:

  • Cash Refund transactions expose E-Document and Saudi Arabia E-Invoicing fields,
