COA Question - want to re-align

Hello NetSuite Community,
My group is in the process of installing NSPB and is working with NetSuite Partner for this project.
Our partner pointed out that some of our Cost of Goods items are mapping to the Operating Expense section. They advised us to submit a help desk ticket to learn our options for fixing this without interrupting our regular reports. 
Some background information:
Most of the current NetSuite users have been with the company for two years or less and were not involved in the setup.
My company has 3 sets of Costs of Services GL accounts. 1 set was configured correctly, with the Type = Cost of Sales. 2 sets were configured incorrectly, with Type = Expense, and they currently do not align in our NetSuite platform or NSPB:
