NSC | Error Thrown When Replying to System Generated Emails
Use Case:
Users without NetSuite access may receive the following error when replying to System Generated Emails:
Message Not Delivered. Your message couldn't be delivered to system@sent-via.netsuite.com because the remote server is misconfigured.
The response from the remote server was: 550 5.7.1 relaying denied
This occurs when the Employee record associated with the System Generated Email does not have a valid email address assigned.
Adding a correct email address to the Employee record resolves the issue and allows replies to process successfully.
How It Works:
- Log in using the Administrator role
- Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees
- Locate the affected
