Intelligent Payment Automation Field Label Updates and Faster Payment Options

What’s Changing?

Starting May 27, 2026, Intelligent Payment Automation SuiteApp version 4.0.0 will include the following enhancements:

  • New Section and Field Label Updates Payment-related labels on vendor and bill payment records will be updated to help you identify Intelligent Payment Automation features. On Bill payment records:
    • A new Payment Processing Options section will group the following fields:
      • Pay with Intelligent Payment Automation
      • Payment Method
      • Payment Delivery Option
    • The Automated Bill Payments box will be renamed to
